Foxy Flapper costume includes sleeveless purple velvet mini dress with fringe detail, metallic accents and adjustable clear metallic gold ribbon straps, black feather headband, and faux pearl necklace. Three piece set. Please note: feather is not attached to the headband, you simply slide it in between, so you can wear with or without the feather, or place it on either side to your preference. Hosiery and cigarette holder sold separately.
