Gangster Hat with Black Band

Gangster hat with black trim. Hat is made from a stiff felt-like material with a black hatband detail. Circumference of the head opening measures approximately 22". Hat stands 5" tall. Measures 11-3/4" wide and 12-3/4" front to back. Costume sold separately.

New in package, however please note that item may have minor scratches in the fabric or dents in the band that wraps around due to storage. You can see an example of this in the zoomed in picture. The band is a little wrinkled and there are some lighter scratches on the side of the hat as well as the brim. PLEASE NOTE: the hat in the pictures is not the same exact one you will receive, as we get these in bulk. Some hats may have fewer dings, others may have more.
