Gangster Hat with Black Trim

Gangster hat with black trim. Hat is made from a stiff felt-like material with a black hatband detail. Circumference of the head opening measures approximately 22". Hat stands 4-5/8" tall. Measures 11-1/4" wide and just over 13" front to back. Costume sold separately.
