Oversized Satin and Lace Top Hat

Oversized satin top hat with lace overlay and satin band. Inside is lined with satin. Measures about 7" tall. Inside circumference is about 22.5", it is about 12.5" long and 8.5" wide. Circumference around the top is about 30". Costume sold separately.
