Lycra mini skirt with buckle and zipper detail. Plain back. Buckle is decoration only, it is not on a belt. Zippers do function, however, they are not pockets. Side zippers do not have any space behind them. The top zippers along the waist do have small compartments behind them, could be used for storing small items or cash. Small measures about 11" long.
